Missions Launch This Sunday!

Hi Awaken Church!

This Sunday, we are going to hear about upcoming local, regional and international missions trips as well as the launch of a new small group dedicated to helping us grow in our understanding of God's mission for the world. 

We'll hear from Jessica Breitenbach, a new member of Awaken, who served for 5 years as a missionary in Namibia, which is off the south-west coast of Africa. In addition to earning her Masters in Theology at Roberts Wesleyan, Jessica coordinated several mission trips for college students both locally and internationally. 

Jessica will be helping us coordinate local, regional and international mission trips and will begin leading a small group dedicated to global missions (see more info below). 

I'm super excited! Don't miss her testimony this coming Sunday during the 10:30 am service.
